    This so relates to my recent state. Few days ago I was anxious about what someone is thinking/thought about me and I expressed it to R. And I kept saying “maybe I should do this, maybe I should do that” . He simply said “No, those things are not you. Just be you and let them accept it”. Not something new or what I am unaware but hearing it made me feel so much better. But it is so true that when we get anxious we miss out on who we are.
